We can say “All Serviced or Managed Offices are Co Working Offices, But All Co Working Offices are not Serviced Or Managed Offices”. Space is normally flexible, allowing for additional space to be allocated at short notice, should the size of an individual business change.

A managed office model is built to suit area within a Co-Working or a Serviced Office, which is customized/ designed as per the client’s discretion. This option is for entities who are looking for a flexible setup for their large teams. Ideally More than 15 workstation requirements with customization can be called a Managed Office.
